Parry Okeden, dated 1921) on the upper free endpaper, the free endpapers slightly offset, hinges starting, a little light foxing and occasional faint soiling; privately printed for Eton College in the Riccardi Press fount by Philip Lee Warner, Medici Society, London, 1921. *With 3 loose inserts: corrections (3 pp., printed in red & black); Eton War list ('names to be added .', 2pp.); list of 'the places where the 1031 Etonians whose deaths are attributable to enemy action, were killed or received a fatal wound' (12 pp., printed in red & black, stabbed & tied). Richard Parry Okeden (1900-1978) was an English-born, Eton-educated Australian businessman who became chairman and managing director of John Lysaght (Australia) Ltd. in 1946.
