About the Author
Maria Dahvana Headley (1977) creció en Idaho (EE. UU.), en un rancho de perros de tiro, y vive en Brooklyn. Es escritora, editora, guionista y dramaturga. Sus relatos se han publicado en Lightspeed, Uncanny, Nightmare, Tor.com, Shimmer, Apex, Clarkesworld, The Journal of Unlikely Entomology, Subterranean Online y Toast; se han incluido en varias antologías de lo mejor del año, y le han valido diversas nominaciones a los premios más importantes del género. También recopiló, con Neil Gaiman, la antología Criaturas fantásticas (Anaya, 2013). Su última novela, The Mere Wife (2018), es una adaptación contemporánea de la epopeya de Beowulf.
Kelly Robson nació en Edmonton (Alberta, Canadá) en 1967 y se graduó en Inglés por la Universidad de Alberta. Creció en las Montañas Rocosas de Canadá y, de joven, compitió en rodeos. Entre el 2008 y el 2012 escribió la columna de vinos y licores de Chatelaine, la revista femenina más importante de Canadá. Tras veintidós años en Vancouver, se ha mudado al centro de Toronto con su cónyuge, A. M. Dellamonica, que también escribe ciencia ficción. En el 2015 publicó en Tor.com la novela corta Las aguas de Versalles, que ganó el premio Aurora en el 2016 y fue finalista del World Fantasy y el Nebula. En el 2018 publicó Gods, Monsters, and the Lucky Peach, una historia de viajes en el tiempo. Es autora de numerosos relatos, que han sido nominados a los premios Hugo, Nebula, World Fantasy, Theodore Sturgeon, Locus y Sunburst. Muchos han sido incluidos en antologías de lo mejor del año y se han traducido a varios idiomas. En el 2018 ganó el Nebula al mejor relato largo por “Una mancha humana”, incluido en la antología Agua en los pulmones, de Pulpture Ediciones. En el 2020 apareció su primera colección de cuentos, Alias Space and Other Stories.
Simone Heller vive en Ratisbona (Alemania), en una isla del Danubio. Se graduó en Lingüística y en Estudios Culturales, y también le apasionan la zoología y la cartografía. De hecho, le interesa todo menos el fútbol, y en estos tiempos de sobreabundancia informativa le resulta problemático. Ha publicado relatos en inglés en la revista Clarkesworld como complemento a su labor de traductora.
Vandana Singh nació y se crio en Nueva Delhi (India), y vive en las afueras de Boston (EE. UU.), donde ejerce de profesora de Física en una universidad estatal. Como académica, estudia el desequilibrio climático desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria. Sus relatos han aparecido en numerosas antologías de lo mejor del año y han sido recopilados en The Woman Who Thought She Was a Planet and Other Stories (2008) y la reciente Ambiguity Machines and Other Stories (2018), que fue finalista del premio Philip K. Dick. Ha ganado el premio Otherwise (antes Tiptree) por “Distances” (2008).

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
