PAYMENT: VISA/Mastercard/Amex/Discover; check/money order in U.S. $$ drawn on a U.S. financial institution. Prices are net to all. INSTITUTIONS: Billing may be arranged. HOLDS: 5 days from initial inquiry, pending receipt of payment. RETURNS: Any book is returnable if not as described within 5 days of receipt, shipping & insurance prepaid, with prior notification. NEW MEXICO RESIDENTS will be charged 7.5% sales tax.

Right of cancellation

Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- the supply of digital content (including ebooks) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started.

SHIPPING IN THE USA: USPS media mail: $5.95 for first book, $4.00 each thereafter. USPS priority mail: $15.00 for first book, $5.75 each thereafter. Please specify your preference. Larger/heavier/higher valued books may be charged more for extra shipping, packing and/or insurance before or after shipment. We pack well and ship promptly.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA: I will quote by specific order, depending on size, weight, insurance, destination, etc. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE NO LONGER OFFERS SURFACE SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA (and ABEbooks is unwilling or unable to delete this option from its shipping matrix).
