Item description from seller

Full title - LAWS, JOINT RESOLUTIONS AND MEMORIALS PASSED AT THE FIFTH SESSION OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE TERRITORY OF NEBRASKA, BEGUN AND HELD AT OMAHA CITY, N.T., SEPTEMBER 21, A.D. 1858. TOGETHER WITH THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE ORGANIC LAW. PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY. 1-455 pages. Hardcover: H 21.25cm x L 14.25cm. Rebound in dark olive buckram cloth (1940s/50s?) with new endpapers and flyleaves; strong surface abrasion to spine cloth with discolored patches evidencing missing title and date labels; boards abraded at edges/margins. A few small stains to lightly toned text block edges. Foxing/toning to interior leaves; bookplate of Lucius Bryan Dabney on front pastedown; antiquarian ink notation "Library" on original extant front flyleaf recto (presumably this notation on behalf of a law firm library as there are no institutional markings present). Binding is firm. Evidently a rare imprint for this territorial fifth session laws as OCLC and LoC only cite C.C. & C.D. Woolworth, of Omaha as the book's printer/publisher - neither lists this Thomas Morton-Theodore H. Robertson imprint. This book was acquired from the estate of Vicksburg, Mississippi attorney Lucius Bryan Dabney Sr., 1893-1967, (with his aforementioned bookplate) whose insightful, ardent, and voluminous accumulation of Mississippi Valley-related books and papers is preserved as the Natchez Trace Collection at the University of Texas at Austin. …
