Add to basketLAKESIDE PRESS CLASSICS CHRISTMAS EDITIONS 1984/85/86/87/95 SMALL HC NF ALL. I am very pleased to be able to offer five (5) books from the Lakeside Press, each of them their Christmas Editions for 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987 & 1995. These five small hard cover books are identically bound in dark brown cloth with gilt decorations on the cover and gilt titles on the spine; they measure 4 ½ x 7 inches and have the upper page edges are gilt. They are all modestly illustrated with vintage b&w photos and a number of engravings. The titles included are: - 1984- Frontier Fighter-The Autobiography of George W. Coe Who Fought and Rode with Billy the Kid edited by Doyce B. Nunis Jr.- 384 pages. - 1985- Buckskin and Blanket Days- Memoirs of a Friend of the Indians by Thomas Henry Tibbles- 466 pages. - 1986- Autobiography of an English Soldier in the United States Army by George Ballentine and edited by William H. Goetzmann- 354 pages. - 1987- Life of Tom Horn-Government Scout and Interpreter , written by Himself, a Vindication and edited by Doyce B. Nunis, Jr.- 400 pages. - 1995- The Logbook of the Captain s Clerk-Adventures in the China Seas by John B. Sewall and edited by Arthur Power Dudden- 291 pages. Condition: These five small hard cover books are all in near fine condition. The hard covers are clean and bright and unbumped. The gilt titles and decorations are all still bright and attractive. Inside the books are unmarked and do not appear to have been read. One book- the 1984 volume- has a small blemish to the gilt at the top edge. All hinges are intact, and the bindings are tight, sound and square. These books are not ex-library or remainders.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Statutory Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Catterson Vintage Books, 27 Kellogg Street, 13323, Clinton, New York, U.S.A., +1 315-571-8725, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Catterson Vintage Books, 27 Kellogg Street, 13323, Clinton, New York, U.S.A., +1 315-571-8725, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

All books will be carefully packaged, typically in plastic, with bubble-wrap padding and cardboard protection. Books will be quickly shipped, usually within one business day of completion of the transaction. This seller is mother tongue English speaker but can understand and respond in Spanish (fluent), French (good) and Italian (fair) having lived in countries where these languages are spoken.
Within the United States, Media Mail thru the U.S. Postal System will be the default shipping method. Buyers may specify that they wish to use an alternative method, such as Priority Mail. For International and Canadian buyers, shipments will be sent via International First Class Mail if they are within the 4 lb weight limit for that postal category. Beyond that, International Priority mail would be the probable option.
