1. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Methods
   We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, to both domestic and international locations. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose the option that best meets your needs.

3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery Times
   Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 21 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimated times and not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information
   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information if you chose an option with paid tracking. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information but have opted for tracked shipment, please contact us.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
   If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. In cases of lost or significantly delayed shipments, we will either issue a replacement (if available) or provide a refund.

7. Damaged Packages
   If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged package and contents. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refun

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
   Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to correct the address.

9. Customs and Import Duties
   International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
