Koreas Reunification NGOThe author visited North Korea several times during the period when inter-Korean exchanges were active, and had an opportunity to meet North Korean scholars at an academic conference held in third countries such as Germany. This authors experience with NGOs and direct exchanges and cooperation with North Korea helped to write this book. However, I can not help but admit that this book is still far from perfect Korean unification NGO theory. Not only is there a lack of prior research in this area, but there are limits to securing objective and empirical data on the activities of unified NGOs. In the reality that there is not enough academic books about unification NGOs in Korea, the author decided to publish the book in the hope that it would help the researcher in this field somewhat.
