Paperback. I Know What You Do When I Go to School is a playful yet heartfelt children's book that explores a child's imagination and how they perceive their parents' daily lives. Originally created when Siona Talekar was just seven years old, I Know What You Do When I Go to School is a whimsical and heartfelt story that captures a child's perspective on what their mother does while they're away. The young narrator imagines her mother indulging in chocolate cake, watching movies, and enjoying a carefree day. However, the reality is quite different--her mom is actually a pediatric oncologist, working hard to care for children battling cancer. Now at thirteen, Siona has refined the book's illustrations and storytelling, creating a beautiful celebration of creativity, family, and love. Praise for the Book"A delightful, imaginative book that beautifully captures the innocent curiosity of children. Siona Talekar's storytelling is both humorous and touching, making this a must-read for parents and kids alike."
