Neuware - The art of felting dates back centuries and is still popular today. Felted pieces are more ridged, longer lasting, and more structured than traditional knit pieces, making the process ideal for creating customized, comfortable slippers. And better yet -- they are easy to make because they are knitted in a similar way to socks, only oversized -- with large needles and then felted in the washing machine.
