About the Author

Katie Boyette graduated with a BFA in studio art from the College of Fine and Applied Arts at Appalachian State University. A baker by day and designer by night, Katie's knitting designs are strongly influenced by her artistic training and reflect a joyful and fun approach to this time honored craft. She keeps a blog, caffaknitted.typepad and participates in several plush art shows including Luvable Huggable in NYC and Plus You in Seattle. She lives in North Carolina.
