Presentation inscription in ink to front free endpaper Marion with love from the author, May 6th 1911 . A little faint light marking to boards. Some toning to page edges of endpapers and prelims. Occasional light spotting throughout, otherwise in very good bright sound condition. Illustrations clean snd bright. **. The book aims to present, in a fashion attractive to children, vivid and as far as possible, complete sketches of the companions of the central figure of the Gospels . (Preface).
