Hardback, 222mm x 170mm blue cloth boards, gilt titles, first thus, 96+, 100+, 97+pp. Colour illustrations. Illustrations by Ann Curtis. Good +++/NoWrapper. Three volumes all have a little scuffing around exterior with fading at ends of spine, else clean and tight in single grey card slipcase which is worn with tanning around edges and single black stain to spine. Attractive FS presentation of Shakespeare history trilogy, with text from the New Temple edition and Glossary by Jean Rook. Introduction by Dame Peggy Ashcroft in v.1 with illustrations by Curtis of her costume designsfor the 1964 Stratford productions. Catalogue: Shakespeare.
