Zustand: Hervorragend | Sprache: Englisch | Produktart: Bücher | 'How to Kick-Ass: Tools for combat' reveals there is more involved in fighting than the technique itself. The kick, punch, knee or elbow. Whatever.Footwork, distance, speed and good timing is just as important or rather more important than the kick or punch itself. Without the fundamentals and principles, kicking and punching are without purpose or strategy. It's also about simple movements done without no wasted motion. There are no fancy martial art movements that are impractical in this book. Only realistic ( kick-ass) movements. Most importantly is to have fun with it.And remember to Practice! Practice! Practice.

Store description
