Aimed at readers aged 50+, this is a straightforward and easy-to-use guide to developing full-body fitness by tapping kettlebells' unstable weight training. Kettlebells are all the rage, showing up in gyms, fitness classes and athletic stores everywhere. Unlike classic dumbell that works only a few muscles at a time, kettlebells, because of their unwieldy shape, require a myriad of muscles to fire during just a single action. This is the first kettlebell book that applies to the unique needs of an older audience with exercises and training programs aimed at 50+ readers looking to get fit safely. 2012, First edition, first printing. A fine, unmarked copy.
