Some accounts are closed.
Some are forgotten.
And some are kept open—for a reason no one was meant to find.
A numbered Swiss account.
Opened in 1937.
Never claimed.
Never closed.
When Federal Asset Recovery Specialist Miles Harran receives a claim tied to a dormant pre-war account, it looks routine.
It isn’t.
The money was never collected.
The records were never released.
And someone made sure it stayed that way.
What begins as a restitution case turns into something else entirely:
A hidden agreement.
A Cold War cover.
A decision buried inside government records for over seventy years.
The deeper Miles digs, the clearer it becomes:
This account was never meant to be resolved.
It was meant to be kept.
Now multiple parties are watching.
Some want the truth exposed.
Others want it buried—again.
Because this isn’t about money.
It never was.
It’s about what was exchanged…
…and what it cost to keep it hidden.
