Description: Includes a section of black and white photo plates. ''Curtis readily admits football is a rough game but also a great test of judgment, communicability, and determination -- in short, a microcosm of life itself. To prove his point, Curtis takes the reader through some of the Colts' most exciting games -- the blistering action and the bruising defeats, including their Super Bowl loss to the Jets and their later Super Bowl victory over the Dallas Cowboys. He talks frankly about his personal problems, among them the controversy over his thumb cast, his dispute with the Players' Association, and his much publicized run-in with a ball-stealing fan.'' BINDNG/CONDITION: aqua-green colored cloth with green spine text; a Very Good book, with a Very Good dust jacket; the jacket is price clipped. Olive green endpapers. 8vo (about 8.5 inches tall). 179 pages.
