Breathe in, breathe out… and bake!
This charmingly illustrated cookbook will have even the most stressed of home cooks indulging in a little baking therapy. Featuring an enticing selection of recipes designed to help you relax and unwind, from serene sponges to peaceful puddings, including Cinnamon Cranberry Streusel, Margarita Drizzle Cake and Chocolate Marquise, this book is sure to leave you feeling both tranquil and tempted. Each inviting recipe includes simple, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your every bake will delight, rather than disappoint.
Inspired by the World War II government poster that has struck a chord in our difficult times, every page is jam-packed full of positive energy and stiff upper lip spirit. As Marie Antoinette, and indeed any sane person would say – 'Let them eat cake'.
