644p. A hardcover ex-library book; stamp inside but no exterior library markings. Edges and endpapers are foxed and tanned. There are small punctures in the inner margins, perhaps where the stitches of a previous binding have been removed. Text clean and binding tight; good condition overall. Volume LV Nos. 1-4 and No. 6 for January-April and June of 1860; issue no. 5 for May of 1860 is missing and Vol. LIII no. 4 from May 1859 is bound in its place. THE KNICKERBOCKER, a literary and cultural magazine. Includes a "Memorial of Washinton Irving" by the magazine's editor, Louis Gaylord Clark. Also features a poem called "The Rescue of Guenevere," an article about poet John Keats, and an article called "Dante from the Modern Point of View.". Seller Inventory # 203903

Priority shipping is $15.00 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance. Economy shipping is $7.00 for delivery bu US Media Mail with delivery confirmation.
