Includes descriptions of the various co-educational courses of study, profiles of faculty members, testimonials from employers and graduates, tuition and fees, list of recent graduates with positions, etc. Begun in either 1894 or 1901, the business school established by J.H King, first in Raleigh, then in Charlotte, provided employees for the region's burgeoning business community through the 1920s; it continued in various forms, providing dedication vocational training, until the final Charlotte vestige closed in 2018. Cover title: "Annual Catalogue of King's Business College, Incorporated." Cf. Thornton 7288 (dated "around 1905," with three others from the 1910s). OCLC locates one copy (Queens U. of Charlotte, though undated). Title page detached, but a good copy. Original gilt-stamped decorated light blue wrappers (worn, rubbed). (10275).
