Better one-Maybe
Bree is free — free from evil, free from darkness, free from those who sought to steal the Maragic from her. With her family of friends, she has survived and found refuge in Jörð ór þeirljósr — the Land of Light, the last home of the Haltijas, creators of the Maragic, before they vanished. It is a place of sanctuary, but also of secrets.
Here, Bree begins to explore her new abilities, coming to terms with the question of who she truly is. Yet within her stirs a persistent struggle — a restless, unyielding force. Is it her own spirit… or the Maragic itself, waiting for its moment? Has it always had a plan, silently guiding her towards another metamorphosis?
The Maragic is not just power. It is nature itself, ancient, intelligent, enormous and bound to the pathways of its own creation. And now, through Bree, it seeks to awaken.
When Bree discovers a hidden doorway vast, unpassable, and alive with mystery, she cannot resist.
As she eventually takes that leap through, she is again an unknowing chalice for the Maragic. And bigger things await her as she adventures out.
