First printed by the Modern Library in 1925, this is an early 1929/1930 reprint. Titles listed in book include a few from 1930 and dust jacket indicates a 1929 printing - an beautiful example of an early modern library transitional binding. Bound in green balloon cloth with a type 5 binding style. The book is VERY GOOD - binding tight and solid, gilt on cover and spine nice and bright. Slightest of toning at spine extremities. Matching topstain nice. No writing, marks, or book plates in the book other than owners signature on ffe. Slight tear on title page. Contents are VERY clean and bright! APPEARS UNREAD! The dust jacket is in VERY GOOD condition with chipping at extremities and age toning on spine but still extremely bright and beautiful. 95 cent price present and bright on inside front flap. Now protected in an archival-quality dust jacket protector.
