Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Philosophie - Praktische (Ethik, Ästhetik, Kultur, Natur, Recht, .), Note: 2,0, Universität Duisburg-Essen, Veranstaltung: Recht und Moral, 2 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Anmerkungen: Jules Coleman: Incorporationism, Conventionality and the Practical Difference Thesis Essay on the Postscipt to The Concept of Law In dieser Arbeit wird der Aufsatz 'Incorporationism, Conventionality, and the Practical Difference Thesis' von Jules Coleman, welcher sich mit H.L.A. Harts 'Concept of Law' Weiterentwicklung beschäftigt, betrachtet. , Abstract: In der folgenden Arbeit soll der Aufsatz Incorporationism, Conventionality, and the Practical Difference Thesis von Jules Coleman, welcher sich mit H.L.A. Harts Concept of Law Weiterentwicklung beschäftigt, betrachtet werden. The Concept of Law von H.L.A. H.L.A.
