Moderate rubbing to boards and extremities, corners bumped and somewhat worn, front hinge cracked, front free endpaper lacking, lower section lacking from rear pastedown. Unusual for this type of book, it provides the term of the court and the number of the roll on which the judgement is listed, a feature that facilitated the citing of precedents.
