[4], 1057pp, + [104]pp index. Last few leaves of index mounted with some marginal losses. Some damp staining to lower corner of first half of the first of the two volumes. A few marginal annotations and occasional underlining. Elsewhere a few stains and marks but generally clean. Spines relaid, labels renewed. Firm bindings. A very heavy set, over 7kg packed, so additional postage required for delivery outside the UK.
