Small octavo. 7x5". 30pp. [1]. Maroon and pink illustrated staple-bound wrappers, with white lettering on the front cover. This is a second edition of the scarce pamphlet published by Jewish Council to Combat Fascism and Anti-Semitsm (sometime during the second half of WWII) to promote and honor Jewish involvement in the military service of the Allied Powers during the first and second world wars. The content is composed of a series of short reports/essays on related topics related to Jewish involvment in the war efforts during the wars and includes numerous current statiscs and figures. Illustrated throughout with sepia-toned photographic reproductions, including a full page image of Sir John Monash the acclaimed and influential Jewish-Australian general during WWI. The interior back cover gives references for many statistical figures and quotation used in the publication, and the publisher's information. Wrappers with light rubbing to extremities, some light foxing to the front cover, and small tears along to bottom of the back cover. Wrappers loostening from staples. Interior with some light sporadic water stains and creasing throughout. Wrappers in good, inteior in very good- condition overall. Seller Inventory # 44066
