When famous aristocrat Astor de Lerma, owner of the most elite university in the country, starts receiving death threats through notes that come with chess figures, inspector Keira Ibáñez, a specialist in gambling, will handle the case. However, the handsome duke's innocence will soon be put in check due to the mysterious disappearance of a student from campus.
