Minima, ininfluente abrasione al margine esterno delle ultime tre carte. Importante studio di diritto marittimo del giureconsulto tedesco, ma nato in Svezia, Johannes Loccenius, nome latinizzato di Johan Locken (Itzehoe, 13 marzo 1598 ? 27 luglio 1677) che fu docente e rettore alla facolt� di Uppsala. Seconda edizione, di due anni successiva alla prima. > Bell, "Commentaries of the Laws of Scotland and the Principles of Mercantile Jurisprudence", 501, ". Also included in the Fasciculus of Heineccius along with Stypmannus in 1740".
