Origins, kinetics, mechanics, breathing, advance principles, one of the most complete biographies of Chojun Miyagi including rare photos, the complete Seiuchin Kata performed by Tatsuo Shimabuku (never published before), founder of Isshinryu, advance bunkais and much more. The book is intended for third dan and above. Considered as the master grappler kata, this research is based on its Chinese origins and the further development of this kata by Okinawans.
