Best known for her floral works, Mondelaers experiments with materials such as gold and silver and often in combination with semi-precious stones, diamonds and pearls. Her jewellery is versatile, sometimes playful, other times tighter, but always undeniably feminine. Authenticity and craftsmanship is a constant is her work. Each piece of jewellery is entirely handmade and finished in her workshop in Lummen. Since 1996, Iris Mondelaers has been allowed to mark her jewellery with her own master stamp, issued by the Royal Mint of Belgium. This always guarantees the buyer a unique, handmade and authentic piece.
