Felix Eastwood is your average guy, except for the fact that he can see the spirits of the dead.
Lilith Lavelle is a fraudulent psychic, plying her trade on social media.
When Felix stumbles across an advertisement for Lilith Lavelle’s Psychic Cleansing Services, he hires her under the pretense that his family is being haunted, hoping to expose her as a scam artist. By trying to play the hero, Felix puts his family in grave danger. In the aftermath of Lilith’s visit, Felix finds himself haunted for real by something claiming to be his dead wife; something that is out for blood.
The problem is, Felix invited it in. And it doesn’t want to leave.
You Invited It In is the third novel from Sarah Jules.

"WOW. Yet again Sarah Jules has written a work that I’ve devoured in one sitting ...This was a phenomenal horror story - I shivered while reading it under the sun in my patio in the middle of the day. Grief horror is also one of my favorite subgenres and I loved how it was dealt with in this story. Sarah Jules keeps lining them up and knockin’ them out of the park!!!"
-Goodreads Review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"The imagery is pure Amityville, horrific visions and body horror galore, it is gloriously graphic and gruesome. Told in short sharp chapters, this is fast paced horror that can be devoured in one sitting, honestly, you won’t put it down!"

"My first read by Sarah Jules and certainly not my last! Great, creepy story, lots of unnerving scenes and an unexpected turn of events at the end. The title totally sums it up! I thought this would be a good ghost story, but it's so much more than that. Intrigue, desperate moments, despair, and lots of scary incidents, great read for ghostie/supernatural fans!"
- Justin Boote, author of Soul Searchers
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"In the last few years, one book and one movie have given me nightime heebie jeebies... Well, Sarah has made it three! This was genuinely spooky... This one is for the horror lovers! I cannot recommend it enough."
