A foolproof way to develop self-confidence, great communication skills and charisma by media personality, the Barefoot Doctor.
Alternative guru Barefoot Doctor has devised a detailed training scheme which, if followed faithfully, will lead to an incredible increase in energy, clarity and self-confidence. This step-by-step course is like having your very own Taoist master walking you through a game of spiritual Twister.
Designed to run from 8pm on Friday evening to 12 noon the following Monday, the programme is for everyone. If you haven't got the time or inclination to spend six months in a Zen monastery then enlist for the Invincibility Training and let your (peaceful) warrior spirit shine through!
With training in Tai Chi and Taoism, Barefoot Doctor puts the wisdom of the East into palatable form for Westerners (celebrity clients include Naomi Campbell).
