Spiral-bound paperback textbook, 11 inches tall, v + 335 pages including many laboratory exercises and index, illustrated with figures and tables. This textbook is a custom publishing copy designed for use at a particular university or college, but the date is uncertain because the last copyright date is 2003, but that would be for the 4th edition, I think, because only four dates appear in the copyright listings. This copy is of the 5th edition and is a revised printing of that edition, so I'm guessing it's later than 2003. Overall condition of this textbook is very good. Clean text--no stains or yellow hi-liting. A few exercises do have penciled markings, esp. in the "problems" sections. These markings are few and far between. A few pages from pp. 85-95 are slightly dimpled from damp, but they are not heavily wrinkled or stained. The spiral binding is holding up well--very secure. Book looks relatively lightly used. I will upgrade the shipment of this text to Priority Mail for U.S. addresses at no extra charge to you. Just select standard shipping at check-out and I will upgrade to Priority. Store description
I started selling books online around 1997-8, first on Bibliofind and then on Amazon. In my youth, I worked for a college textbook store and later at a university library. So I'm no stranger to scholarly books. Although semi-retired now, I still collect books and currently list for sale items no longer wanted in my personal library. Thus I do not have a large inventory as I am working from home. Still, I have an eclectic collection as befits a former librarian. My stock includes textbooks and scholarly books, with an emphasis on history, philosophy, and religion. My approval rating when I was with Amazon was 99% (2 were neutral). I'll try to accommodate any reasonable request.…
