Very good hardcover with good jacket. From the collection of John F Bithell; his details penned on the FEP. 'Given in memory of Professor John A. Anderson' bookplate on the FEP, plus Anderson's name and date penned on the same endpaper. Sunned and edgeworn jacket with several nicks (some repaired) to the edges and corners. Some fading and wear to the hardcover edges. Minor marks on the jacket and page block. The pages are clean and sound; all content is clear. CM.
