The book is in fair condition, with noticeable wear on the hardcover, including edge and corner rubbing. The spine shows signs of handling, but the binding remains intact. There is no dust jacket, and the pages are slightly yellowed, consistent with age. Overall, it is a well-preserved copy considering its publication year.
