"The unconscious is incredibly powerful and eager to assist you."
Learn how easy is to conquer your unconscious mind, harness the power of autosuggestion, and gain the positivity you need to better engage your life with success.
We live in the era that sees thought as our main strength, but it is, in fact, the unconscious mind that runs most of our lives and not just our habits. The unconscious controls the bodily functions, including the immune system, our perceptions and even our attractions; it produces the instant report on reality that the conscious side accepts without discussion and thus determines our decisions.
We see the effects of using the unconscious mind to our own disadvantage all around us every day. Notions imprinted in the unconscious mind - even if they are not true - determine our ideas and actions and our conscious mind does not even know. For example, selflimiting beliefs are etched in the unconscious, and they do prevent us to live the high life that was meant for us. The notion of scarcity in the world, planted in our unconscious, is leading us to create poverty, with war, discrimination, competition instead of cooperation, self-defeating behavior, lack of integrity, and more. It does not matter that we are now 7.7 billion at the table, triple than in 1950, and nature continues to create more and better life.
Early in the 1900’s, two doctors presented detailed scientific research about the power of the unconscious mind to French academia as they wanted to teach it at the university. It was based on hundreds of thousands of cases and the work of a few more colleagues. This book dives deeper into their extensive analysis, reviewing it critically with today’s technical knowledge and experiences.
