In the publication, the author illuminates Intransitive Pedagogy and emphasizes the unavailability of upbringing, education, learning, competence, and personality development in the resume. This pedagogy is at its core a systemic pedagogy based on both evidence-based theory formation and impact-related concretization. It builds on the current state of research on the recognition and thinking, feeling and action of humans and examines the enabling a successful change of individual, organisation and society. Such a change is always a consciousness-based change. The actual core of intransitive pedagogy is a theory of consciousness, as successful teaching, leading, counseling and accompanying can only succeed if it is designed and designed from the possibilities of the opposite systems. Successful change action requires a reflexive movement toward an inner openness and humility that professionals can decide to. This movement is a change in consciousness and an essential contribution to the promotion of a culture of consciousness.
