In this concise yet powerful work, Graham explains how to analyze corporate financial statements with clarity and precision. As he writes in the preface, “If you have precise information as to a company’s present financial position and its past earnings record, you are better equipped to gauge its future possibilities.” Written shortly after his landmark Security Analysis, this book distills Graham’s core principles into a practical guide for understanding balance sheets, income statements, and financial health. Readers will learn simple tests to evaluate earnings power, stability, and long-term value—principles that remain highly relevant today. An excellent collectible and reference for investors, historians of finance, and admirers of Graham’s work.…
