About the Author

Balakrishnan C, PhD, is currently working as an Associate Professor of Computer Science at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India. Formerly, teaching in Alagappa University, Karaikudi, and St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli, India. He has 20 years of teaching experience. He obtained his Ph.D in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, India. He authored five books and published more than 50 research articles in international Conferences and indexed journals. He published 5 Indian Patents and contributed to three funded research projects. Presently, serving as the Coordinator of prestigious ICSSR Funded Research Programme for an outlay of Rs. 46 Lakhs. His areas of interest are Healthcare IoT, Vision-Language Models, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning.

Jayapriya J, PhD, is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She has 12 years of teaching experience, including working abroad and 5 years of research experience. She completed her Ph.D. at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, in the year 2017. She has published 35+ papers in reputed journals and presented at numerous International Conferences. Vinay M, PhD, is an academic and researcher with a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, PhD, is presently working as a Professor at the Department of Bioinformatics, Alagappa University, Karaikudi, India. He received his PhD in Applied Chemistry from CJSM University, Kanpur, in 2004. He holds several administrative positions in different capacities within the University. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation
