About the Author: Piotr Perek received the MSc degree in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications at the Technical University of Lodz in 2010. He continues his education as a PhD student. His interests include embedded systems and programmable devices. His research concerns the development of control and data acquisition systems based on xTCA standards.
