Neuware -Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung:Mit Integraler Planung bezeichnet man eine intensive Zusammenarbeit zwischen Bauherren, Architekt, Bauingenieur und Haustechnikingenieur, noch bevor der Baukörper fixiert ist. Nur durch dieses Vorgehen kann das Gesamtsystem Haus in sich schlüssig geplant und alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen in einem wirtschaftlichen Rahmen ausgeführt werden. Integrales Denken führt so zu einem effizienten Einsatz wertvoller Energie.Für Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung verbrauchen wir mehr als die Hälfte der Energie im Haushalt. Der Stromverbrauch, für Beleuchtung, Kühlgeräte, Waschmaschine, Unterhaltungselektronik etc. schlägt mit rund einem Fünftel zu Buche. Rund 26 % der Energie wenden wir auf, um uns fort zu bewegen.Das Kapitel Verkehr soll im Rahmen dieser Arbeit keine Rolle spielen, da es den Rahmen sprengen würde und eine ganz eigene Herangehensweise erfordert. Es sei nur angemerkt, daß das Auto bei einer persönlichen Energiebilanz nicht zu vernachlässigen ist. Nur als kurzer Denkanstoß: Wenn jemand ein Niedrigenergiehaus bewohnt und täglich 100 km Arbeitsweg mit einem Auto zurücklegt das 8 l auf 100 km verbraucht so ergibt das einen Brennstoffverbrauch von rund 2000 l im Jahr (bei 250 Arbeitstagen). Das ist mehr als das ganze Haus verbraucht.Der Schwerpunkt dieser Arbeit liegt eindeutig auf dem großen Bereich Heizung und Brauchwasserbereitung. Das Ziel muß ein möglichst niedriger Heizwärmebedarf sein. Dies wird erreicht durch Verringerung der Transmissions- und Lüftungsverluste und durch das Ermöglichen hoher Wärmegewinne.Der verbleibende Heizwärmebedarf soll möglichst effizient gedeckt werden. Dabei ist auf geringe Erzeugungs-, Verteil- und Speicherverluste zu achten und ein möglichst hoher solarer Deckungsgrad anzustreben.Gang der Untersuchung:Im theoretischen Teil dieser Arbeit sollen verschiedene Möglichkeiten vorgestellt und erörtert werden, wie ein Heizungskonzept für ein Niedrigenergiehaus aussehen kann. Im praktischen Teil soll dann für das Niedrigenergiehauskonzept der Architektin Franziska Reich ein Heizsystem vorgeschlagen werden.Für den Bereich der elektrischen Energie gilt ebenfalls: Der Bedarf soll so gering wie möglich gehalten werden um den Schadstoffausstoß zu minimieren. Dies kann erreicht werden, durch geschickte Ausnutzung baulicher Möglichkeiten (Tageslichtnutzung, Lüftungsanlagen), durch die richtige Systemwahl (z.B. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
