Synopsis
The integration of yoga and artificial intelligence (AI) represents an emerging approach to holistic wellbeing that blends ancient wisdom with modern technology. Rooted in centuries-old practices that promote balance among the mind, body, and spirit, yoga emphasizes mindfulness, physical movement, and breath control. AI offers powerful tools for analyzing data, personalizing experiences, and delivering real-time feedback. When combined, yoga and AI create opportunities to enhance wellness practices through personalized yoga routines, posture analysis, and guided mindfulness programs powered by intelligent systems. By bridging tradition and innovation, integrating yoga and AI could make holistic health practices more accessible, adaptive, and effective. Integrating Yoga and AI for Holistic Wellbeing delves into the methodologies for building intelligent systems that are technologically advanced, culturally sensitive, ethically sound, and deeply aligned with the authentic principles of yoga. It addresses the critical need for AI innovations that support human and societal well-being, leveraging traditional insights into energetics, psychology, and philosophy. This book covers topics such as healthcare systems, machine learning, and sports science, and is a useful resource for medical and healthcare professionals, engineers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
