Paperback. As cities deal with growing populations, congestion, and environmental challenges, the integration of sustainability and autonomous transportation emerge as a solution for enhancing urban mobility. By combining the efficiency and innovation of self-driving technologies with sustainable practices, urban developers can reduce emissions, optimize traffic flow, and create more accessible transportation systems. This approach addresses environmental concerns while supporting equitable access to mobility, improving public health, and contributing to the development of smarter, more resilient cities. Leveraging autonomous transportation for sustainable urban development is an urgent and achievable priority that requires continued research. Integrating Sustainability and Autonomous Transportation for Enhanced Urban Mobility explores comprehensive, sustainable and technologically advanced transportation solutions. It examines urban mobility by addressing the nuances of environmental protection, including accessible mobility for global citizens irrespective of their economic status or geographical location.
