- Deploying a BIRT report to an application server
- Understanding BIRT architecture

- Integrating BIRT functionality into applications
- Working with the BIRT extension framework
This second edition, revised and expanded, adds the following new content
- Updated architectural diagrams

- Configuring BIRT to use a JNDI connection
