Claude Fleury (1640 1725) is considered to be one of the most important French experts for ecclesiastical law at his time; his major work is the "Histoire eccl�siastique" (20 vols.). Two ownership entries on title (one of them from the Abbey Beatae Mariae Virginis in Salem).
