The wood veneer over the hardboard cover has a few minor stains on the front and a red ink mark near the word Ginko. The lower corner is slightly bent and there are a few small chips on the lower edge. A slight dirt mark from rubbing shows on the back wood covering. The cloth spine is tight and a minor glue stain is evident at the crown and base. The interior pages are clean with no markings. It appears that the book has hardly ever been opened. Please see all photos. In the 240-page book "Installation Art Now," Daan Roosegaarde showcases his own art and other artists from around the world in a collection of top-tier, avant-garde installation projects with commentary and color photographs. The volume features both interior gallery/museum installations and large-scale exterior projects that reframe urban and rural environments, highlighting works that use light, materials, and space to create immersive experiences. Featured projects often explore the interaction between technology, space, and audience engagement. The collection focuses on contemporary, site-specific art, including projects from various international biennales. The book is out of print and hard to find. …

Store description
Located on the big island of Hawaii, Friends of the Libraries, Kona (F.O.L.K.) is a non-profit 501(c))3) organization. Our mission is to strengthen the Kailua-Kona and Kealakekua communities by enhancing library services and programs to improve literacy. Only 38% of elementary students in our community read at grade level. FOLK is working to change that by funding literacy programs and presentations that complement what children learn in the classroom. Every book purchased on this site helps support these efforts at our two libraries. We hold monthly book sales events, and this store is where we offer our high value books.…
