He has academic associations with Fortune Institute of International Business, India, Paris School of Business, France and Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur, India. He has established FIIB Business Review (Scopus Q1 and Published by Sage Publishing) which is a fast growing multi-disciplinary journal as Editor-in-Chief. He is also co-editor-in-chief of South Asian Journal of Marketing (Emerald) and Senior Editor of International Journal of Emerging Markets (Emerald). He is Editor of two series Review of Management Literature (Scoous by Emerald Publishing) and Advances in Emerging Markets and Business Operations (Taylor and Francis). His area of research is consumer behavior, emerging markets and business education.
Shalini Aggarwal , an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad is a Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University, Mohali. She has a total work experience of 18 years of industry and teaching. She is MBA with specialisation in Finance and PhD in the area of Risk Management Practices in banking sector of India. She has more than 40 research papers published in SCI, Q1, Q2, Scopus and ABDC- A, B and C listed journal. Her case studies are published in IIM Ahmedabad case centre. She has also authored 2 edited books published by Taylor and Francis. She has completed three funded research projects (two with IIM, Ahmedabad) and one by IMS Ghaziabad. She has conducted more than 100 workshops on data analysis using time series data in SPSS, E-views, finding variables and model building, SLR, Bibliometric analysis, Quantitative study, Qualitative study and R-Studio and has delivered guest lectures at national and international level like South Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Thailand, Indonesia and Brazil.
Dr. Sharneet Singh Jagirdar , FRM, is a distinguished financial professional with 19 years of diverse experience across ICICI Bank Ltd, Spice Communications Pvt Ltd, Idea Cellular, and TATA DOCOMO. With a PhD in Finance and certification as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by US GARP, Dr. Jagirdar excels in driving performance enhancement, implementing best practices, and fostering talent development. His extensive industry expertise is complemented by significant academic contributions, including research publications in top-tier ABDC and Scopus Indexed Q1 journals and presentations at prestigious global conferences such as the Academy of Management (USA) and the European Academy of Management. Dr. Jagirdar is renowned for his success in both industry and academia. His passion for teaching and mentoring future leaders, combined with a deep understanding of financial intricacies, underscores his commitment to excellence. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an avid runner, reader, and traveler, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his endeavours.
Mr. Sanjeev Jain is armed with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a Gold Medal from Swami Bikaner University, Rajasthan. He stands out as a seasoned professional with a total work experience of over 30 years of industry and teaching. He is currently serving as the Director of the Centre of Excellence for Data Analytics and Digital Transformation, as well as heading the AIT Management department at Chandigarh University. Mr. Jain has played pivotal roles in shaping academic and industry landscapes. His earlier assignment at Nirma University reflects his commitment to excellence. Mr. Jain has excelled in strategy development, target setting, and plan execution throughout his career, having held key positions in business development, sales, marketing, project management, contract administration, and operations management. His expertise extends to managing profit and loss accounts, showcasing a profound understanding of revenue and cost management. Also, he has been awarded letter of appreciation for smooth conduct of the events at various instances. He has an Excellent project management and organisational skills and is highly proficient in spoken and written English.
