ICISAS 2025 is the premier research conference of Curtin University Dubai, bringing together experts from multiple disciplines to explore how innovation and sustainability can shape the future of business and society. It provides a platform for sharing applied research that addresses global challenges through science, technology, and strategic management.
The main purpose of the conference is to encourage collaboration across academic, industry, and policy sectors. It brings together leaders, researchers, technologists, and students to discuss solutions that unite sustainable practices with advanced technologies. This aligns directly with the book theme, which highlights how strong management strategies combined with intelligent systems can create long-term organizational value. ICISAS 2025 aims to highlight research that can be translated into practical improvements in business performance, governance, and societal well-being. Topics discussed include AI-driven decision making, sustainable leadership, robotics and automation, IoT-enabled operations, blockchain applications, and digital transformation strategies.
The conference also explores human-centered themes such as workforce well-being, generational diversity, leadership effectiveness, and community development. These areas connect with the book's focus on integrating technology with sustainable management practices to build resilient and high-performing organizations. Over two days, participants engage in keynote lectures, plenary and special sessions, poster and oral presentations, symposiums, networking events, and exhibitor showcases. This structure allows attendees to explore emerging research, discover new tools, and exchange ideas with experts from around the world. ICISAS 2025 stands out for its involvement of senior government officials, global researchers, industry specialists, and technocrats. This broad representation ensures that discussions remain relevant to real-world challenges and that research outcomes can influence both policy development and industry practice. The conference is designed for academics, industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, technologists, and students who aim to advance sustainable business performance through science and technology. By connecting management, innovation, and sustainability, ICISAS 2025 offers a unique platform that supports the creation of responsible, future-ready, and high-value solutions.
