“A Most Iniquitous Affair,” A Pride and Prejudice Variation will transport you to Regency-era England, where societal expectations clash with matters of the heart.
Beautiful Jane Bennet, a dutiful daughter and devoted sister has unexpectedly had her heart stirred by the dashing Charles Bingley. With his undeniable charm and amiable nature, Bingley has fallen deeply for Jane.
However, not all love stories are straightforward. Enter Jane's formidable mother, a woman whose temper and intractable determination shape the course of her family's destiny. With a firm decree, Jane is faced with a heart-wrenching choice: obey her mother's wishes and marry a man she did not choose, or follow her heart and risk the unknown.
Charles Bingley, a man burdened by the expectations of his controlling sister and his own indecisiveness, must also find his path. As he grapples with the challenge of breaking free from his sister's grip, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Will Bingley rise above his uncertainties and become the man worthy of Jane's affection? Will Jane find the courage to defy convention and her mother’s unreasonable demands?
This 90K word novel follows the story of Jane Bennet and Charles Bingley, with Elizabeth and Darcy in supporting roles and other Austen character cameos.
"A Most Iniquitous Affair" is more than a mere love story. It's a tale of resilience, inner strength, and the transformative power of love. Discover whether Jane and Bingley's love can withstand the trials thrown their way and if they will find the courage to forge a path together. Preorder your copy today and let your heart be captured by a love story that defies the odds.
