Charles Soule is a comic book author, musician, and attorney, known for his series 27 published by Image Comics.

Soule attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received his undergraduate degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, with a concentration in Chinese language and history. He is also a graduate of Columbia Law School, and currently practices law in New York City, focusing primarily on immigration, corporate law, and entertainment law
