[i]-xix, I-549 pp. Illustrated with 24 full-page, tipped-in color illustrations, mounted on dark olive-green sheets, with title-printed white paper guards, and 12 full-page illustrations printed in tint, and 66 black & white drawings by Arthur Rackham, in the text. Olive-green cloth, with gilt titling and design on the spine, and gilt titling and another Rackham design on the front cover; dark olive green endpapers with a Rackham design printed in dark blue; top-edge gilt. Gift inscription in ink at the top of the half-title: F. W. B. Cupins From C.A.L Xmas, 1907. The spine ends, and outer hinges show some wear, light fading to covers. Tan-spotting to the tissue guard at the frontispiece, some scattered tan-spotting to some page margins, 2 inch vertical tear to lower margin of pp. 3-4. "[-] This edition is a reprint of the 1898 edition, with added illustrations and larger pages. [-] There is a trade edition bound in olive-green cloth with the same pictorial stamping in gold as the limited edition, and gold lettering [-]."
